The Asian Australian Alliance Young Leaders (AAAYL) in New South Wales (NSW) was the first branch to be established in Australia. Its purpose is to empower all Asian Australian youth and this includes both local Asian Australian students as well as Asian international students who are interested in contributing to Australian society.
Over the past 3 years, AAAYL NSW has done various projects, including programs to help the local community. This includes conducting soup kitchen programs in conjunction with various community organisations as well as professional development projects which aim to develop leadership among the Asian Australian youth.
Over the next two years, AAAYL NSW will work together with the national body to develop programs looking at empowering future leaders as well as campaigns to support all Asian Australian youth.
If you are living in New South Wales and interested in being involved and would like to find out more, please fill in the form on the “Contact Us” page or email the Asian Australian Alliance (AAA) on firstname.lastname@example.org.
